SCI 1 – Issues
and Adventures in Science
This course explores issues in science through
the integration of biological, chemical, physical, and health science
concepts. Issues that may be discussed
include biotechnology and genetic engineering, rocketry, aging, mental
disorders, sleep disorders, black holes, communication, and an analysis of
alternative medicine.

For purposes of
NDHS they will be converted to their numeric equivalent.
You are required to have Internet access. There will be homework readings and
assignments from the Internet. If you
